Thank you for choosing ArkoTools for your digital commercial asset needs. This Shipping and Delivery Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased through our website.

All rights, including but not limited to distribution rights and delivery protocols, are strictly reserved by Novustra LLC.
By making a purchase on ArkoTools, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the delivery methods and terms outlined in this Policy. It is your responsibility to read this document in its entirety prior to completing any transaction.
2. NATURE OF INVENTORY: 100% DIGITAL GOODS
To avoid any ambiguity, we must first define the nature of the goods sold on ArkoTools.
2.1. Intangible Assets We exclusively sell digital products. Specifically, our inventory consists of complete, ready-to-sell digital product packages, templates, bundles, and commercial assets designed for use by e-commerce entrepreneurs on platforms like Etsy and Gumroad (collectively referred to as "Digital Products").
2.2. No Physical Inventory Novustra LLC does not maintain a physical warehouse. We do not stock shelves, we do not print labels, and we do not package boxes. Our inventory exists solely on secure cloud servers. Consequently, there is no physical "shipping" in the traditional sense.
3. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING POLICY
WE DO NOT SHIP PHYSICAL PRODUCTS TO YOUR ADDRESS. This is the most critical section of our Policy. Because our inventory is entirely digital, Novustra LLC will never send a package, parcel, envelope, or physical mail to your home or business address.
3.1. Purpose of Address Collection During the checkout process, you may be asked to provide a "Billing Address" or "Shipping Address." We understand this can be confusing when buying digital goods. Please be assured that this information is collected strictly for the following legal and banking purposes:
- Billing Verification (AVS): To verify the validity of your credit card or payment method. Banks require the billing address to match the cardholder's file to prevent fraud.
- Tax Compliance: To calculate and collect the appropriate digital goods sales tax, VAT (Value Added Tax), or GST (Goods and Services Tax) applicable to your specific jurisdiction. International and state laws require us to prove the location of the buyer to remit taxes correctly.
3.2. Zero Freight Costs Because there is no physical shipping, there are no shipping fees, handling fees, or freight charges associated with any purchase on ArkoTools. If you see a line item for "Shipping" equal to $0.00, this confirms that electronic delivery is being utilized.
4. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY PROTOCOLS
Instead of a physical delivery truck, we use high-speed internet protocols to deliver your goods. "Shipping" is fulfilled via Electronic Mail (Email) and Direct Download Links.
4.1. The Delivery Process Upon the successful processing of your payment by Novustra LLC, the following automated chain of events is triggered immediately:
- Payment Confirmation: Our payment processor (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal) confirms that your funds have been captured.
- Order Generation: Our system generates a unique Order ID for your transaction.
- Link Generation: A unique, secure, and encrypted download link is generated specifically for your order. This link is time-sensitive and tied to your purchase.
- Immediate Browser Access: In most cases, you will be redirected to an "Order Confirmation" or "Thank You" page immediately after checkout. This page will contain a button labeled "Download Now" (or similar phrasing). You can access your files immediately from this page.
- Email Dispatch: Simultaneously, our server sends an automated email to the address you provided during checkout. This email contains your receipt and a backup copy of your unique download link.
4.2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: Instant (0 to 5 minutes).
- Maximum Latency: In rare cases of high server traffic or email provider delays, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
If you have not received your download link within 30 minutes, please proceed to Section 6 (Troubleshooting Non-Delivery).
5. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF DELIVERY
5.1. File Formats Your "shipment" will arrive in standard digital formats optimized for e-commerce use, which may include:
- .zip: A compressed archive folder. This is standard for our store, as our products often contain multiple files (e.g., a bundle of graphics, templates, and a PDF guide). You must "unzip" or "extract" this file to access the contents.
- .pdf: A Portable Document Format file, which may contain instructional guides, licensing agreements, or secure hyperlinks to editable cloud-based templates (e.g., Canva templates).

.png,.jpg), data files for bulk uploads (.csv), or specific design file types.
5.2. Download Limits To prevent abuse and unauthorized redistribution, Novustra LLC places certain security limits on your download links:
- Attempt Limit: You may be limited to a specific number of download attempts (e.g., 5 to 10 attempts) per product. This prevents your link from being shared publicly and draining our bandwidth.
- Time Limit: While we aim to keep links active indefinitely, we cannot guarantee they will work forever. We guarantee the link will be active for at least 30 days post-purchase.
CRITICAL ADVICE: We strongly recommend that you download your files immediately upon purchase and back them up to a secure cloud storage service (like Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud) or an external hard drive. Novustra LLC is not responsible for lost files if you fail to back them up.
6. TROUBLESHOOTING NON-DELIVERY
If you believe your "shipment" (email delivery) has failed, please follow these steps before contacting support.
6.1. Check Spam/Junk Folders 99% of "missing" orders are simply trapped in email filters. Please check your Spam, Junk, Promotions (Gmail), or Clutter (Outlook) folders. Search your inbox for "ArkoTools" or "Novustra LLC."
6.2. Verify Email Accuracy Did you make a typo? If you entered name@gmai.com instead of name@gmail.com, our system sent the email to a non-existent address.
- Solution: If you suspect a typo, contact Support@ArkoTools.com immediately with your full name and the approximate time of purchase. We will locate your order and manually update your email address.
6.3. Payment Pending If you paid via E-Check (PayPal) or a bank transfer that takes time to clear, your download link will not be sent until the funds have fully cleared. This can take 3-5 business days. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.
6.4. Storage Full Ensure your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) has enough free storage space to accept the file transfer. If your hard drive or local storage is full, the download will fail.
7. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
We must reiterate our Refund Policy within this Shipping Policy because the two are intrinsically linked. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
7.1. Irrevocability of Delivery Once the "shipment" (electronic delivery) has been completed—meaning the email has been sent or the download link accessed—the product is considered permanently delivered.
- Unlike a physical shirt that can be returned to a store, a digital file cannot be "returned."
- We cannot verify that you have deleted the file from your devices.
- Therefore, Novustra LLC strictly does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for delivered digital goods.
7.2. Acknowledgment By accepting delivery of the file (downloading it), you waive your right to a refund. You acknowledge that the "shipping" process is complete and irreversible.
8. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AND GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS
8.1. Global Availability Because our delivery is digital, ArkoTools ships to every country in the world, provided that:
- You have an internet connection.
- Your country does not block access to our website or our file hosting servers.
- We are legally permitted to trade with your country under US law.
8.2. Embargoed Nations As a US-registered company, Novustra LLC complies with all US export control laws. We do not process transactions or deliver digital goods to individuals or entities located in countries subject to comprehensive US sanctions (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Syria, etc.).
9. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS UPON RECEIPT
Upon receipt of your digital shipment, you (the Customer) assume full responsibility for the files.
9.1. Inspection You agree to "inspect" the digital files immediately upon download to ensure they are not corrupted and open correctly. If you find a corrupted file on our server's end, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can provide a replacement link.
9.2. Compatibility You bear the burden of ensuring your "shipment" is compatible with your device and workflow.

.zipfolders. - Requirement: You must possess the basic software required to open standard formats (e.g., PDF readers, image viewers, or specific design software if you intend to modify the templates).
- Non-Delivery Claim: You cannot claim "Non-Delivery" if you received the file but simply cannot open it because you lack basic standard software. We delivered the file; your inability to open it is a localized software issue, not a shipping issue.
10. FORCE MAJEURE (DELIVERY DELAYS)
Novustra LLC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance (delivery) resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Server Outages: Downtime of our hosting provider or email service provider (e.g., Shopify, AWS, or Gmail outages).
- ISP Failures: Failure of your Internet Service Provider to deliver the data to your device.
- Cyber Attacks: DDoS attacks or other malicious acts that temporarily disable our delivery infrastructure.
- Acts of God: Natural disasters that disrupt global internet infrastructure.
In the event of such a delay, we will endeavor to restore delivery capabilities as soon as technically feasible.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
Novustra LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.
- Effective Date: Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the ArkoTools website.
- Review: It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site and purchase of products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
