Getting Started

How do I access and download my new digital product packages? Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a secure download link on the confirmation page and via email. For the best experience, we strongly recommend downloading the files directly onto a desktop or laptop computer. Most of our products are delivered in compressed .zip folders, which you will need to extract/unzip to access the individual templates, graphics, and files inside.

I purchased a massive bundle (e.g., store starter kits, megabytes/terabytes of files). How do I manage the download? Due to the professional scale and high volume of our complete store libraries, these are often delivered via secure cloud-access links (such as a PDF containing a Google Drive or Dropbox link). We recommend using a stable Wi-Fi connection and downloading the assets in organized batches to an external hard drive or your own secure cloud storage to ensure you do not run out of local computer storage.

Technical Support

I can't open the downloaded file. What should I do? Ensure you have the proper software installed on your computer to extract compressed .zip files (such as WinZip, 7-Zip, or your computer's native extraction tool). If a file appears corrupted, try clearing your browser cache and downloading it again. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

What software do I need to edit these templates and assets? Our ready-to-sell packages are designed for maximum accessibility. Depending on the specific bundle, you may need a free or Pro Canva account to edit templates, a standard PDF reader, or basic image viewing software. Please refer to the specific product description on the sales page for exact software requirements prior to purchase.

Orders & Licensing

Where is my download link? Your link is sent immediately via an automated email following your purchase. If you do not see it in your inbox within 10 minutes, please check your "Promotions," "Junk," or "Spam" folders. If you still cannot locate it, email support with your Order Number.

Can I resell these products on my own Etsy or Gumroad store? Yes. All our professional-grade commercial assets come with a license that allows you to rebrand, modify, and resell the digital products to end-consumers on your own personal storefronts (like Etsy, Gumroad, or Shopify).

Can I sell the products as PLR or MRR? No. The redistribution or resale of the digital files as Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR) is strictly prohibited by Novustra LLC. You cannot sell these packages to other sellers so that they can resell them; they must be sold to the final end-user.
