1. PREAMBLE AND CORPORATE IDENTIFICATION

Thank you for shopping at ArkoTools. We appreciate the trust you place in our brand and our digital products.

This Return, Refund, and Delivery Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") serves as a binding agreement between the customer (hereinafter referred to as "You," "Your," "Customer," or "User") and Novustra LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the United States (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Us," "Our," "The Company," or "Novustra LLC").

ArkoTools is a wholly-owned subsidiary store and digital storefront property of Novustra LLC. All products listed, sold, and distributed through the ArkoTools platform are the intellectual property of or are licensed to Novustra LLC. All rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and distribution rights, are strictly reserved by Novustra LLC.

By making a purchase on ArkoTools, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. It is your responsibility to read this document in its entirety prior to completing any transaction. If you do not agree with the terms set forth herein, you must refrain from purchasing any products from ArkoTools.

2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS: DIGITAL GOODS

It is of paramount importance that you understand the nature of the goods sold on ArkoTools. We exclusively sell digital products. Specifically, our inventory consists of complete, ready-to-sell digital product packages, templates, and digital assets designed for use by e-commerce entrepreneurs, such as Etsy and Gumroad store owners (collectively referred to as "Digital Products").

2.1. Tangibility The products available on ArkoTools are intangible. There is no physical component to any product sold on this site. You will not receive a box, a disc, a USB drive, or any other physical object.

2.2. Irrevocability Unlike physical goods, which can be returned to a seller in their original condition, digital goods are irrevocable once downloaded. Once a file has been sent to you or downloaded to your device, it cannot be "returned" to us. You retain a copy of the file on your device indefinitely. This fundamental characteristic of digital commerce dictates our strict policy regarding refunds and shipping.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Because our products are 100% digital, our shipping and delivery processes differ significantly from traditional e-commerce stores.

3.1. No Physical Shipping WE DO NOT SHIP PHYSICAL PRODUCTS. Novustra LLC does not maintain a warehouse for physical inventory, nor do we employ logistics partners for the delivery of parcels. Under no circumstances will a physical package be sent to your mailing address.

Any request for a physical mailing address during the checkout process is strictly for:

  • Billing Verification: To confirm the validity of your payment method (Address Verification Service).
  • Tax Compliance: To calculate and collect the appropriate digital goods sales tax, VAT, or GST applicable to your specific jurisdiction.

3.2. Method of Delivery Delivery of your purchased Digital Products is electronic and immediate. Upon the successful processing of your payment by Novustra LLC, the following actions occur automatically:

  • Direct Download: You will typically be presented with a direct download link on the "Order Confirmation" page immediately after checkout.
  • Email Delivery: An automated email containing your unique download link(s) will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

3.3. Delivery Timeframe In most cases, delivery is instantaneous. However, depending on email server traffic and your internet connection, please allow up to 30 minutes for the email to arrive. If you do not see the email, please check your "Spam," "Junk," or "Promotions" folders.

3.4. Failed Delivery If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, it is likely due to a typo in the email address provided or a server-side delivery issue. In such cases, you must contact Support@ArkoTools.com immediately. We will manually verify your payment and re-send the download links to the correct address.

4. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of digital products as described in Section 2, Novustra LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products sold through ArkoTools once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded.

When you purchase a complete digital product from ArkoTools, you are purchasing the digital file and the associated licensing rights to use or resell that file as outlined in the specific product description. Once that file is in your possession, the transaction is considered complete and irreversible. We cannot technically "un-sell" the product, as we have no way to verify that you have deleted all copies of the file from your devices and cloud storage.

4.1. Scope of "No Refund" This "No Refund" policy applies to:

  • Change of Mind: We do not issue refunds if you decide you no longer want the product after purchasing.
  • Business Success/Sales: We do not issue refunds if you do not generate sales or experience business success using our ready-to-sell products. Your success relies entirely on your marketing, platform optimization, and individual business practices.
  • Failure to Read Descriptions: We do not issue refunds if you purchased a product assuming it was something else, provided the product description was accurate.
  • Technical Skill Level: We do not issue refunds if you lack the technical knowledge to list, market, or edit the digital products for your chosen storefront (e.g., Etsy, Gumroad).

4.2. Waiver of Withdrawal Rights (EU/UK Customers) If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you typically have a right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content once performance has begun. By clicking "Pay Now" or "Complete Order" on ArkoTools, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract (the delivery of the digital download) and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started.

5. EXCEPTIONS TO THE NO REFUND POLICY

While our general policy is strictly "No Refunds," Novustra LLC acknowledges that technical errors and exceptional circumstances can occur. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

A refund may be considered ONLY under the following specific circumstances:

5.1. Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the exact same product twice using the same email address, we will verify the duplicate transaction in our system. Upon verification, we will refund the second (duplicate) transaction.

  • Requirement: You must contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase.

5.2. Verified Technical Defects If the digital file you downloaded is technically corrupted, incomplete, or fundamentally broken, and our technical support team is unable to fix the issue or provide a working replacement file within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days), a refund may be issued.

  • Note: This strictly covers files that are corrupted on our server. It does not cover your inability to open standard file formats (like .zip, .pdf, .png) due to lacking the proper software.

5.3. Fraudulent Transactions If a purchase was made using your payment method without your consent (fraud), please contact your bank immediately. We will cooperate with payment processors to resolve fraudulent charges. However, we advise contacting us at Support@ArkoTools.com first, as we can often void the transaction faster than a bank chargeback process.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AND PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure they have the necessary software, skills, and platform compliance to utilize the products sold on ArkoTools.

6.1. Platform Compliance (Etsy, Gumroad, etc.) While our products are designed to be sold on e-commerce platforms, it is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your use and resale of our digital products comply with the Terms of Service, listing guidelines, and seller policies of your chosen platform (e.g., Etsy, Gumroad, Shopify).

  • Novustra LLC is not affiliated with these platforms.
  • We will not issue refunds if a third-party platform removes your listings, suspends your account, or rejects the products for any reason.

6.2. Software Requirements You must possess the basic software required to handle standard digital files, which may include:

  • Software to extract/unzip compressed .zip folders.
  • Basic editing software if you intend to modify templates, graphics, or documents before reselling them. Novustra LLC will not issue refunds due to the Customer's failure to meet these basic software requirements.

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive the digital files you paid for.

7.1. Scope of Support Our support team can assist you with:

  • Accessing your download links.
  • Providing guidance on how to extract/unzip files.
  • Verifying file integrity if you suspect a corrupted download.

7.2. Limitation of Support Our support does NOT include:

  • Teaching you how to set up, run, or manage an Etsy, Gumroad, or any other e-commerce store.
  • Providing marketing advice, SEO assistance, or sales strategies.
  • Modifying, editing, or customizing the digital products for your specific brand.
  • Providing legal advice regarding licensing or business formation.

8. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Novustra LLC takes chargeback fraud (often called "friendly fraud") very seriously. This occurs when a customer purchases a digital product, downloads it, and then disputes the charge with their bank claiming it was unauthorized or "item not received."

8.1. Consequences of Chargebacks If you initiate a dispute or chargeback for a transaction that was validly delivered:

  • Immediate Ban: Your account and IP address will be immediately and permanently banned from ArkoTools.
  • License Revocation: Your commercial rights and license to use or resell the digital products will be immediately revoked. Continued resale or use of the products after a chargeback constitutes copyright infringement.
  • Legal Action: Novustra LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover lost funds, including the cost of the product, chargeback fees levied by the payment processor, and legal fees.
  • Reporting: We may report the incident to relevant credit bureaus and fraud prevention databases, which may impact your ability to make purchases on other platforms in the future.

8.2. Dispute Resolution If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first. We are reasonable people. If there is a legitimate error, we want to fix it. A chargeback should always be the last resort, not the first step.

9. UPDATES TO PRODUCTS

Occasionally, Novustra LLC may update a product package on ArkoTools (e.g., adding more assets to a bundle or fixing a minor error).

  • Free Updates: In most cases, existing customers will receive access to the updated files for free. You may receive an email notification with a new download link.
  • No Obligation: Novustra LLC is under no obligation to provide ongoing updates for any specific product. The product is sold "as is" at the time of purchase.
  • Discontinued Products: We reserve the right to remove products from the store at any time. We strongly recommend backing up your purchases to a secure cloud service (like Google Drive or Dropbox) or an external hard drive immediately after download.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Novustra LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Policy will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
